Bowling Green is the county seat of Wood County, Ohio County in the U.S. state of Ohio. At the time of the United States Census 2000 census, the population of Bowling Green was 29,636. It is part of the Toledo, Ohio Toledo Metropolitan Area Statistical Area. Bowling Green is the home of Bowling Green State University and hosts the Black Swamp Arts Festival each summer.In most recent evaluations, 14% of people in Bowling Green, Ohio have considered looking into senior housing active lifestyle.
