Bonham is a city in Fannin County, Texas County, Texas, United States. The population was 9,990 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Fannin County . James Bonham (the city's namesake) sought the aid of James Fannin (the county's namesake) at the Battle of the Alamo.In most recent evaluations, 2% of people in Bonham, Texas have parents considering going into senior housing specializing in elder care.
